Brandon has over 16 years in healthcare leadership in areas of business development and operations primarily in inpatient rehabilitation with his early career experience leading inpatient coordination across several levels of acute care. Brandon’s most recent experience over the past couple years has been as the Chief Executive Officer at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano. Brandon holds a Bachelor degree in Physics and a Master in Business Administration. Brandon knows the region well since he is originally from Germantown, Ohio. He and his wife recently moved from Texas to Carmel, Indiana and he enjoys road cycling (over 4000 miles a year!) and traveling.

Before joining the Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital, Dr. Zuziak served as the Medical Director of Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital and also as the owner of Zuziak Physiatry. Dr. Zuziak earned both his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, where he graduated Cum Laude. After receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University, Dr. Zuziak completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mercy Medical Center in New York. He served as Chief Resident for two terms. Dr. Zuziak is board certified in Health Care Quality and Management by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP). Dr. Zuziak previously served as the President, Past President, Board of Governors ex-officio member, and Medical Education Committee Liaison for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation's (AAPM&R) Physiatrist in Training Council (PHiT). He maintains memberships with the AAPM&R, American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), Society of Physician Entrepreneurs (SoPE), and American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP). Dr. Zuziak leads the medical staff and therapy teams at Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital to provide quality patient care upon the hospital opening in February 2021. His experience managing neuromusculoskeletal conditions combined with a holistic and comprehensive approach to patient and family-centered care will aid in the development of the best medical rehabilitation programs for Carmel and the surrounding communities
