During law school, Jeffrey spent his summers clerking for a multinational law firm focusing on complex commercial litigation and general corporate work. Upon graduation from law school, Jeffrey returned home to central Indiana to begin his full-time legal career, first practicing in the areas of commercial and civil litigation at a mid-size law firm. He was recruited to join a real estate development company in a general counsel role, where he handled a broad range of matters including commercial leasing, contract negotiation and drafting, and general corporate work. Jeffrey eventually returned to private practice to further pursue a career focused on representing individuals and business owners in commercial and civil matters. He collaborates with and counsels his clients throughout the course of their disputes, from initial negotiations, to litigation, through trial when necessary, drawing on his jury and bench trial experience. Jeffrey values the opportunity to look outside the perceived borders of an issue to truly understand each client’s business structure, model and goals. Jeffrey was selected to appear in the Indiana Super Lawyers® Rising Star listings each year from 2011 through 2016, and was named an Indiana Super Lawyer® for 2018 and 2019.

Bill’s approach to family law matters is to guide the firm’s clients through life-changing events with a combination of tact, sensitivity, and problem-solving. Not every case requires a hammer-like approach, and for those matters Bill will do everything he can to steer your case to an efficient and agreeable resolution. That issue may revolve around a parenting time schedule, distribution of the marital estate, or another matter upon which a compromise is not reached. In those instances, Bill draws upon his extensive litigation and courtroom experience to zealously advocate for your best interests. Bill’s favorite part of his work is going to court.
