• Kathryn

  Ms. Kathryn is the owner of The Goddard School in Carmel. She along with her husband and daughter own three locations. Her background is in business and is proud to be an owner of The Goddard School since 2003.

• Amy

  Ms. Amy is the Director of The Goddard School in Carmel/Westfield. She received her degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Purdue University in 2010. She has 15 years of experience working with children and has been with the Goddard school since 2010.

• Ms Emily

  Ms. Emily is the Assistant Director of The Goddard School in Carmel/Westfield. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her Child Development Associate Degree. Ms. Emily has 16 years of experience in childcare and has been with The Goddard School since March of 2003.

• Ashley

  Ms. Ashley is the lead teacher in the Giraffe Twos classroom. She holds an associate degree of early childhood education from IU. Ms. Ashley started with Goddard in April 2014. Her fun personality and exciting lesson plans will ensure the transition from home to school will be a positive experience for your child!

• Chelsea

  Ms. Cheslea is the Lead teacher in our Hippo Infant classroom. She has an educational background in Early Childhood Education from Indiana State University. She started working with Goddard in 2014. Ms. Chelsea's nurturing personality helps create a calm, warm and loving environment for our infant classroom!

• Gloria

  Ms. Gloria is the lead teacher in our monkey Toddler classroom. She has an Associates of Arts with ECE credentials. She started with Goddard in March 2020. Ms. Gloria enjoys creating student experiences tailored to meet the needs of each child in their toddler stage of development.

• Kaitlyn

  Ms. Katy is the Co-teacher for our Monkey Toddler classroom. She has her associate’s degree in child development. She came to us from Lafayette, Indiana where she worked with toddlers for the past 5 years. Ms. Katy loves introducing students to new things and she enjoys learning from them.

• Kristin

  Ms. Kristin is the Lead teacher in our Zebra Pre-school classroom. Her Educational background is in Humanities with A specialization in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Kristin started working at Goddard in 2013. Ms. Kristin is accomplished in creating lesson plans that allow students to learn at their own pace in an environment designed to develop their self-esteem, confidence and creativity!

• Megan

  Ms. Megan is the Co-teacher in our Tiger Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She has her Preschool Child Development associate degree. She started at Goddard in 2011. Ms. Megan is accomplished in creating lesson plans that allow students to learn at their own pace in an environment designed to develop their self-esteem, confidence and creativity!

• Aamani

  Ms. Aamani is the Lead Teacher in our Elephant Twos classroom. She has her degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University. She started working with Goddard in April 2025. Ms. Aamani enjoys creating student experiences tailored to meet the needs of each child in their toddler stage of development.

• Darya

  Ms. Dasha is our resource teacher for Our Toddler and Twos programs: Rhino, Monkey and Giraffe Classrooms. She has her degree in elementary education from God’s Bible School and College. She started at Goddard in September 2025. Ms. Dasha loves working in this age group and finds the giggles, smiles and energy of 1-year old's so rewarding.

• Hanna

  Ms. Hanna is the lead teacher in our Rhino Toddler classroom. She has a background in early childhood education. She started working with Goddard in august 2020. In Ms. Hanna’s classroom, you can be sure your student is in an environment that is calm, warm and loving!

• Jesica

  Ms. Jesica is the assistant teacher in our Rhino Toddler classroom. She has many years of training and has worked with children in different settings since 2017. She joined our Goddard school in 2020. Ms. Jesica has fallen in love with our young toddlers and engaging them through interactive experiences.

• Lindsey

  Ms. Lindsey is the Lead Teacher in our Lion Bridge classroom. She has A background in Early Childhood Education. She started working at Goddard in 2019. Ms. Lindsey encouraging attitude promotes continued growth in students' positive self-esteem when transitioning from Get Set to a more challenging Preschool program.

• Lydia

  Ms. Lydia is the Assistant Teacher in our Tiger Pre-K classroom. She has a background in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her Elementary education degree. Ms. Lydia started with Goddard in April 2025. Ms. Lydia enjoys leading learning activities that promote student inquiry and discovery through exploring the world around them.

• Sonia

  Ms. Sonia came to us in June of 2019, after transferring from a Goddard School in North Dakota, where she worked for four years. She has worked as a nanny and a teacher at a home-based establishment, and is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate credential. She also has a daughter of her own. Ms. Sonia strives to provide developmentally appropriate activities for all the children in her care.

• Tomoh

  Ms. Tomah (Ms. Tina) is the assistant teacher in the Giraffe Twos classroom. She has a background in child Development from Ivy Tech. She came to us from the Goddard school in Fishers. She has been with us Since January 2025 Ms. Tina enjoys facilitating children to find the wonder of learning in everyday activities.
