Ms. Kathryn is the owner of The Goddard School in Carmel. She along with her husband and daughter own three locations. Her background is in business and is proud to be an owner of The Goddard School since 2003.

Ms. Cheslea is the Lead teacher in our Hippo Infant classroom. She has an educational background in Early Childhood Education from Indiana State University. She started working with Goddard in 2014. Ms. Chelsea's nurturing personality helps create a calm, warm and loving environment for our infant classroom!
Ms. Gloria came to us in March of 2020 after two years of volunteering at a local elementary school, where she helped in the classrooms, cafeteria and on field trips. In addition to having two children of her own, she has an associate’s degree in Childhood Education from LaGuardia Community College in New York. Ms. Gloria does her best every day to keep the children in her care happy and safe.
Ms. Kristin is the Co-teacher in our Tiger Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Her Educational background is in Humanities with A specialization in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Kristin started working at Goddard in 2013. She is an expert in utilizing The Goddard School's curriculum to balance preparing students for Kindergarten, while also allowing them to participate in fun, hands-on experiences!
Ms. Megan is the Co-teacher in our Tiger Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She has her Preschool Child Development associate degree. She started at Goddard in 2011. Ms. Megan is accomplished in creating lesson plans that allow students to learn at their own pace in an environment designed to develop their self-esteem, confidence and creativity!
Ms. Hanna is the lead teacher in our Rhino Toddler classroom. She has a background in early childhood education. She started working with Goddard in august 2020. In Ms. Hanna’s classroom, you can be sure your student is in an environment that is calm, warm and loving!
Ms. Jesica is the assistant teacher in our Rhino Toddler classroom. She has many years of training and has worked with children in different settings since 2017. She joined our Goddard school in 2020. Ms. Jesica has fallen in love with our young toddlers and engaging them through interactive experiences.
Ms. Lindsey joined us here at The Goddard School in August 2019, and works with our older three-year-olds in the Lion Room. Her professional background is in early childhood education, having cared for children with special needs in childcare settings. Ms. Lindsey believes that children are a work in progress, and that it is her job to provide a safe and creative environment for them.
Ms. Sonia came to us in June of 2019, after transferring from a Goddard School in North Dakota, where she worked for four years. She has worked as a nanny and a teacher at a home-based establishment, and is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate credential. She also has a daughter of her own. Ms. Sonia strives to provide developmentally appropriate activities for all the children in her care.
