Katie Carpenter
Katie received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Intercultural Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2008. She has 4 years experience as a Preschool, Prekindergarten, and 2nd grade teacher before joining KinderCare as the Preschool II teacher. Within a few months she transition into the role of Assistant Director for two years before being promoted to the current Center Director! Katie loves being a part of the growth and development of the family as a whole and helping support the teachers that mentor these little ones each and every day. She feels privileged to be a beacon for positive change and early childhood education within the Carmel community.<br /> <br /> She has been with KinderCare since the Spring of 2011.

Kelli Quimby
Kelli holds her Early Childhood Education Associate's Degree and has been in the Early Childcare Field since 2000. She also worked as a nanny for a variety of families before coming to KinderCare. Kelli has been the Infant teacher since she began at KinderCare in 2011, and was recently promoted to the Assistant Director position.

Ms. Kaley
Ms. Kaley has her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language from Indiana University. She used her language skills, love for teaching and met her husband during her five year stint in Spain where she was teaching English! Ms. Kaley is now excited to be back in the states and continuing her personal education (CDA) and teaching one and two year olds! She is also a certified medical Interpreter for St. Vincent’s “Bridging the Gap” program and loves watching her students grow and succeed each and every day.

Ms. Sabrina
Ms. Sabrina has worked with all age groups, from infants to school age and loves each one’s unique characteristics! She has over eight years experience in Early Childhood specifically and excited to gain her CDA this year and continue her personal education pursuits. Ms. Sabrina loves that she can be her silly self while teaching her two year olds and watching them grow each and every day! She also has a unique multi-cultural background! She speaks Bosnian, German and English fluently that she is able to integrate into her students’ learning.
