Dr. Andrew Wohler takes a patient-centered approach to care in which the individual demands of each patient - their job, activities and hobbies - are taken into account when developing a treatment plan for their injury. While he was first introduced to the field of orthopedics after suffering an injury as a college athlete, Dr. Wohler's desire to become an orthopedic surgeon was cemented during his third year of medical school when he saw the impact orthopedic surgeons could have on the lives on their patients. Today, Dr. Wohler enjoys the variety of cases and levels of complexity he sees as an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. One of the best parts of his job is being able to help restore a patient's quality of life and function.
